The Glory Frontline Ultimate Beginner’s Guide: Save 99% of Detours!

Greetings, newly appointed Commanders!

Since Glory Frontline launched globally, we’ve felt an unimaginable surge of enthusiasm! Thousands of new friends join every day, making the battlefield incredibly vibrant. To help everyone get started faster and avoid common pitfalls, we’ve compiled the most frequent beginner confusions and crucial tips into this “nanny-level” guide!

From game controls, resource acquisition, and combat techniques, to character progression, we’ll clear all obstacles for you. By combining this guide with the in-game “Beginner’s Help,” you’ll shed confusion and head straight to the core fun of the battlefield!

I. First Look at the Main Interface: Don’t Rush to Battle, “Unlock” Hidden Features First!

When you first enter the game, you might find the main interface “too simple,” and swiping around doesn’t seem to do much? Don’t worry, the first little secret is here!

  • Hidden Menus: Don’t be fooled by just a few visible options! The main interface is divided into left and right sections. Simply tap anywhere on the left or right side and swipe right! All the rich features are waiting for you to explore here.
  • Voice Speed Adjustment Troubles? Just entered the game and feel the voice speed is a bit fast? Don’t worry, this is a common issue for new players. In the expanded menu on the left, double-tap your in-game ID to find sound and graphics settings. You can easily adjust the voice speed there, and even tweak background music and sound effects to your liking!
  • Don’t Rush into Stages! We strongly recommend you explore more here first, because “unexpected surprises” await you! What exactly are they? You’ll find out in the second section!

II. Early Game Resources: Achievements & Dailies, Your Treasure Trove!

What’s most scarce for new players? Resources, of course! Don’t think you have to grind forever; initial resources are surprisingly abundant!

  • “Achievements” are a Gold Mine: Touch the left side of the screen, swipe right, and find and tap “Achievements“! You’ll discover tons of tasks with incredibly generous rewards! Gold, Diamonds, weapon parts, fibers—you name it, it’s there!
  • Free Full Gear: If you follow the achievements and first-clear rewards, the initial resources you receive are enough to upgrade your Combat Uniform and all three types of weapons (close, medium, long-range) to Level 2! You’ll start with a solid foundation!
  • Don’t Forget “Daily Quests”: In your Base, the daily quest rewards will definitely satisfy you, so remember to complete them on time!

III. Lone Hero Combat Tips: Know Yourself, Know Your Enemy, Win Every Battle!

Finally, time for real combat! “Lone Hero” is a core game mode. For basic operations, please refer to the in-game “Beginner’s Help” (tap left side of screen -> swipe right to the end of the list -> tap “Beginner’s Help”). Here, we’ll talk about practical combat experience!

Weapon Understanding:

  • Close-range Weapons (Pistols): Your last resort when enemies are close or your rifle overheats!
  • Medium-range Weapons (SMGs): Efficient suppression once enemies enter medium range, your primary clearers!
  • Long-range Weapons (Sniper Rifles): First strike when enemies just appear or are still far away, precise eliminations!
  • Throwables (Grenades): Essential for area damage against large groups of enemies!
  • Pro Tip: If you are unable to fire bullets without using burst fire, it is likely that you are using the wrong weapon type. Switch to the appropriate weapon based on the distance to the battlefield to resolve this issue.

Core Combat Operations:

  • Start with your Rifle! When you hear the voice cue for incoming enemies, immediately use a single finger to swipe left or right on the left side of the screen to switch positions, and fire as soon as you’re in place!
  • Don’t blindly hold down for continuous fire in the early game! This can easily lead to overheating and inability to attack (see Beginner’s Help for specific mechanics). Tapping shots is safer initially.
  • Battlefield Awareness:
    • Always monitor your HP and the enemy’s approach status.
    • Eliminating an entire wave of enemies will have a unique sound cue; listen carefully to pinpoint sounds and control the flow of battle!
    • When your magazine is empty, swipe up on the screen to quickly reload!

IV. Comprehensive Character Enhancement: Inner & Outer Strength, Achieve King Status!

Beyond battlefield performance, character progression is also crucial!

  • Base Training: In the top-left corner of the main screen, in your “Base,” don’t forget to train your Stamina, Concentration, and Agility! These will provide you with different critical attribute bonuses, making you switch weapons faster, reload faster, and move and turn more flexibly! See the game for more detailed effects.
  • Shop Resource Acquisition:
    • Normal Shop: Various firearms, parts, Combat Uniforms, fibers—buy what you need!
    • Mysterious Shop: Two free refreshes daily! Check it often; there are often “hidden gems” and great deals waiting for you!
    • Universal Credits Shop: All the good stuff is here! Plenty of strategic materials like Grenades, Medical Kits, Drone Bombers are available for exchange. More importantly, some powerful gear (like that excellent SMG) requires a combination of Diamonds and Universal Credits, making them incredible value—go for it!
  • Monthly Pass Privilege: Want an even smoother operational experience? Activating the Monthly Pass grants convenient privileges like “automatically switching equipment based on enemy distance,” freeing up your hands! Plus, daily generous Diamond and treasure chest rewards make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend checking details!

After reading this “nanny-level” guide, do you feel like a lightbulb just went off? Which tip do you find most practical? Or where did you stumble before?
