How to effectively rebuild your stats if inactive for a few days

We all can't be on the game every single day, a lot of us have other commitments in life. As you know, your training stats decrease after around 24 hours of inactivity, so here is what I do to get back on top of my stats in preparation for getting back on the battlefield.

Firstly, I will check my training, and then depending on what I am going to do, whether that be redoing a previous chapter stage of Loan Hero or continuing to the next stage, I will choose carefully which stat to train. If I am redoing a previous stage, I will most likely start with stamina, and then possibly move on to agility. If I'm going to do the next stage that I have not yet done, I will ramp up my consentration.

No matter what I am doing, I prioritise training, and then move on to checking my equipment to see if I can upgrade it.

Another thing I have recently started doing is producing enough medical items to use in battle, as those have saved me from being completely killed. I like the adrenaline as it restores more health.
