Q1: I don’t have an account. Do I need to register?
A: On the “account” login screen, double-tap the text
“Don’t have an acount yet? Click to register now”.
If you already have an “account”, you can log in directly.
Q2: Where can I find my ID?
A: After logging into the game, tap “Profile” → double-tap “Basic Info”.
You can view your nickname and UID there.
The four-digit number you hear is your ID.
Q3: How do I change my character name?
A: Go to “More” → “Shop”, purchase a “Rename Card”, and use it to change your character name.
Q4: My account character was registered on an Android device.
If I switch to iOS, can I still see this character?
A: Android and iOS are just different platforms.
Characters registered on the server can be shared across devices.
Q5: What should I do if the game shows login failure, freezes, or doesn’t respond to taps?
A: Force close the app and restart it.
Q6: Where can I adjust music and sound settings?
A: After logging into the game, double-tap “More” → “Settings”.
There you can adjust narration volume, narration speed, music volume, and sound effect volume.
Q7: Can I create multiple characters at the same time?
A: Each “account” can create only one character on the same server.
However, you can create different characters on different servers without affecting each other.
Q8: Can characters be deleted or reset?
A: Currently, characters cannot be deleted directly.
However, you can contact customer service to request a character data reset.
Q9: Where can I check my character level and experience?
A: After logging into the game, tap the level shown in “Profile”.
You can view your current character level and experience progress bar.
Q10: What should I do if my account shows abnormal login activity or is logged in on another device?

Q13: Can I use a “Rename Card” to change my name?
A: Yes. After using a “Rename Card”, you can change your character nickname.

Q1: I’m playing for the first time. What should I do first?
A: After entering the game, first complete 4 “pancake” production challenges.
Only after completing these 4 stages can you unlock the city, buildings, partners, and management gameplay.
Gameplay:
1.1 Whisk:
Eggs are brought by the customers themselves. Different customers require different numbers of eggs.
Based on the number of eggs provided by each customer, players need to tap the screen within a limited time to perfectly crack the eggs onto the pancake.
Each tap cracks one egg. Timing starts when you crack the first egg.
At this point, you need to tap the screen quickly to add eggs.
If two eggs are required, you need to tap the screen twice quickly to crack two eggs.
If you tap too many times or exceed the time limit, one “health” point will be deducted.
1.2 Pancake to flip Challenge:

Q2: Why do I need to learn, and what is the purpose of the classroom?
A: The classroom is where we learn craft. Only by learning craft in the classroom can we unlock more products for production, complete orders, and earn profit.
Q3: What is the purpose of craft breakthrough, and why do I need to break through craft?
A: During order delivery, you may find that some works cannot be produced, making delivery impossible. In this case, you need to perform a craft breakthrough to unlock more new works. A breakthrough can only be performed when both total craft and citizen level requirements are met.
Q4: How can I increase my citizen level?
A: You can gain experience by completing the Path to Fame. When the Path to Fame has level requirements, completing orders and delivery jobs can also grant experience.
Q5: What is the effect of increasing allies’ star rating and level?
A: Increasing allies’ levels will increase product output.
Q6: Where can I obtain the three city index values of my city?
A: Business is obtained by developing commerce. Building and upgrading production buildings increases business. Upgrading the main house increases live. Some sector builds increase fashion, while some sector builds also increase live.
Q7: Where can I obtain rep ranking?
A: Upgrading buildings grants rep ranking. Sector builds, the main house, and production buildings all provide rep ranking.
Q8: What do the four professions of allies mean?
A: Allies are divided into four professions: artisan, trader, fighter, and agent.
